INTRODUCTION
The project centres on defining and designing a scalable and delightful framework for Google Pay's product landing pages, aiming to ensure consistent and cohesive Core Value Proposition (CVP) communication.
In simple terms, a landing page used to explain the product, features, and information that might help the user to make a more informed decision quickly and easily.

GOAL
The goal was to deliver a foundational framework that streamlines the design process, enhances user understanding and trust, and ultimately improves conversion rates, all while considering platform and technical dependencies for feasibility.

MY ROLE
My role began with extensive competitive analysis and internal auditing to identify user needs and establish best practices, which directly informed the design of core UX building blocks, including a strategic information hierarchy and a partner attribution system.
I designed and rigorously iterated on three distinct CVP design framework concepts, backed by detailed design proposals and stress-tested examples.
Crucially, I proactively managed cross-functional collaboration by meeting with the UX Researchers, Product Manager and an Engineering Lead to integrate insights on product strategy and engineering feasibility, ensuring the final framework was both impactful and technically viable.
